Delivery and delivery times

The packages are well packed and safe for damages. Your shipment is delivered commonly with PostNord goods letter or DHL. We choose the delivery that best suits your purchased goods. Most models are available for immediate delivery. Orders that are available as stock items are shipped within 1-3 days. Orders that include embroidery are shipped within 3-5 days. For urgent delivery, please e-mail us and we'll try to solve it. Studio made dresses may require up to 2 weeks delivery time when they are sewn up for the customer. For urgent delivery, please contact us by e-mail, and we will do our best to arrange it. You will be notified via SMS or e-mail that the product is submitted to the carrier. Letters are delivered directly to the recipient's mailbox. In cases of the item being too large to fit in the mailbox, the recipient will receive a notification message. Any damage should be reported immediately. The damage should be documented and photographed.

Payment

Payment is done via debit/credit card, direct payment or invoice. We use Klarna Checkout for all transactions with SSL and maximum safety. There are no costs for invoice fee or other payment charges at checkout when you use Klarna Checkout with us. You can choose if you would like the charged split into two payments, at a cost of only 29 SEK. Read more about this in Klarna payment terms below.

Right of withdrawal, replacement, warranty and returns

Normal return conditions, under distance selling law, are limited to 14 days after your item has arrived. All kind of returns assumes that the product is not used, and that it is returned undamaged. In those situations, we will refund the value of the product. Custom-made and embroidered products will be refunded 50% of the order value. This is to cover restoration costs. The costs for the shipping return is paid by the customer.

Terms embroidery service customer-owned products

If you have your own dress and would like to have it embroidered, that is fine as long as the dress is not very old and fragile. There is always the risk for a mishap with an embroidery machine. For example, there can be oil spray or a machine can be bogged down and make a hole. With our own dresses this is no problem, but if it should happen to your own dress, we will reimburse you with any model of our dresses in the series Tradition. Order your embroidery here and send us your dress.


Who can buy?

You need to be 18 years old to place an order. Design Companiet AB has the right to refuse to process an order without explanation (eg in cases of suspected fraud, extremely large orders or if there is reasonable suspicion that the customer will not meet current payment terms.)

In the event that a product is not in stock, we reserve the right to cancel it or parts of it, provided that the product is not possible to obtain within the reasonable time frame. Upon cancellation of orders, we will return any payment to the customer. We try to keep our web shop well updated, but in case of many orders on the same day, there could be a possibility of it being taken out before it is registered in the shop.


Reservation

We cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true colour or size. This depends on individual computer screen settings. We reserve the right to any fault descriptions in the product texts and dimensions. Always follow the care instructions you find online with us, for the products you purchased.


Security & Privacy

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means that all orders are encrypted, that is, absolutely sure. Grace of Sweden never gives out your personal information or e-mail address to third parties. This is unless there are special reasons, such as request from the police, the prosecutor or equivalent authority requesting the information. According to the Personal Data Act (Data Protection Act) you have the right to get the information we have stored about you. If you believe the information incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer database. Please contact our customer service in this case.


Resale and 3rd party trading

Our products may not be resold for commercial purposes, unless the dealer is licensed and has a contract with us. The same applies to the rental of our goods or other commercial purposes. Churches may lend dresses they buy from us.
